お菓子作りをするようになったきっかけは

妻が出産後なかなか外出できない時に言った「ティラミスが食べたいな～」から始まりました

それなら作るよ！と初めてティラミスを作り、妻に食べてもらった時の美味しそうな顔がとても嬉しくて

それ以来その時作りたいお菓子を作って来ました

そして今、熱中して作っているスコーンをたくさんの人に食べてもらいたいと思うようになりました

より美味しい、を求めた結果素材は主に有機。素材ひとつひとつが美味しくシンプルなスコーン作りを心がけています

さっくり、しっとり、ほっこりする食感を楽しんでもらいたいです

スコーン作りには生地を手でこねる工程があり

手仕事のあたたかさ

愛を感じてもらいたいという思いと

手と手を繋ぎ愛のつながりを広げていきたいという思いが込められています

The reason I started making sweets

It all began when my wife, who couldn’t go out much after giving birth, said, “I really want to eat tiramisu.”

I thought, “Then I’ll make it!” and made tiramisu for the first time. Seeing my wife’s happy face as she enjoyed it made me incredibly happy.

Since then, I’ve been making whatever sweets I felt like making at the time.

Now, I want to share the scones I’m currently passionate about making with as many people as possible.

In my pursuit of better taste, I’ve chosen primarily organic ingredients. I strive to make simple, delicious scones by focusing on the quality of each ingredient.

I hope you enjoy the crumbly, moist, and comforting texture of my scones.

The meaning of TE

TE means “hand.”

Making scones involves kneading the dough by hand.

The warmth of handmade goods,

the love we put into them,

and the desire to spread love by connecting hand to hand.

I look forward to meeting many people and seeing their happy faces as they enjoy my scones.
