9月7日土曜日はディムさんのスリランカカレーの出店です。11時30分から15時まで。前回６月に初めての出店の時には、たくさんのお客さんに来てもらいました。大変おいしかったです！！

スリランカカレーをメインにキッチンカーで活動しているディムのスリランカカレーです。
キッチンカーだけではなく間借り営業や料理教室も開催しています。
シェフはスリランカ人のディムさん。
スパイスの効いたカレーとココナッツベースのカレーのあいがけカレーに日替わりの数種類のお惣菜が入っています。
お米は高級インディカ米のバスマティを使用しています。
油は極力使わず、グルテンフリーでとてもヘルシーです。
食べる毎に味が変化し、最終的には混ぜて楽しむ。

Dim’s Sri Lankan Curry is a mobile kitchen that specializes in Sri Lankan curry. In addition to the food truck, they also operate pop-up events and cooking classes. The chef, Dim, is from Sri Lanka. The curry features a blend of spicy curry and coconut-based curry served with a variety of daily side dishes. The rice used is high-quality Basmati, a premium Indica rice. The dishes are made with minimal oil, are gluten-free, and very healthy. As you eat, the flavors change, and the final experience is meant to be enjoyed by mixing everything together.
